When using acrylic bottles, there are several key points to note to avoid deformation, corrosion, and health risks. Key precautions include:

‌Temperature Limits‌: Avoid exposure to high temperatures (>80°C) to prevent softening, deformation, or the release of harmful substances. The recommended continuous operating temperature is ≤70°C, especially away from heat sources such as direct sunlight or kitchen heat.

‌Avoid Contact with Acids and Alkali Substances‌: Acidic (such as vinegar and lemon juice) or alkaline (such as ammonia and detergent) liquids can corrode the surface, causing yellowing, brittleness, or cracking.

‌Physical Precautions‌: The surface is easily scratched. When cleaning, use a soft cloth and neutral detergent to avoid scratching with hard objects. Take precautions during handling to prevent acrylic debris from flying.

‌Food Grade Requirements‌: If storing food, be sure to choose products clearly labeled "food grade" (certified by GB 4806.7 or FDA) to prevent the risk of heavy metal migration. They are not suitable for long-term storage of acidic foods or alcoholic beverages. Regular Inspection and Maintenance: After long-term use, observe for signs of aging, such as fogging, cracking, or reduced light transmittance, and replace promptly to ensure safety.

Other Environmental Factors: Avoid static electricity and dust absorption. Keep away from sources of ignition (highly flammable). Do not use in high-frequency, high-temperature environments, such as outdoor exposure.
